Shipping + Returns


All of our products are handmade and many are made to order, this means we have a turnaround time of up to 7 business days. We aim to have your order made, packed and on its way to you within this time frame.

NEW ZEALAND: Expected shipping time within New Zealand is 1-3 business days.

AUSTRALIA: Expected shipping time to Australia is 3-10 business days. 

WORLDWIDE: Expected shipping time internationally is 10-15 business days. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email, please note that once your package is with NZ Post, the delivery time of your package is out of our hands. (Tracking may be unavailable to some international destinations - if you are unsure about tracking, please don’t hesitate to contact us before ordering). If we are aware of any delays on the couriers end we will be sure to do all we can to keep you updated.

Please note that international customers are responsible  for any customs/duty/import tax fees. The cost of shipping at checkout covers the shipment fees to your destination, however Print + Posy is not responsible for any customs or duty charges you may receive upon your parcel arrival in your country. 


Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you have double checked your order and measurements of products before purchasing to avoid any disappointment. 

If you have received your purchase and for any reason are not satisfied with it (i.e product is faulty, you have received the wrong item), please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will do what we can to resolve the issue - your satisfaction is our number one priority! Any product queries need to be made within 7 working days of delivery.
